Students Tickets

The Pass Elementary is regulated by Decree State of the State of Sao Paulo that gives a discount of 50% on the value of the ticket fare for passage of conventional bus, the charges as: boarding fee, toll and insurance are paid in full.
Will benefit the teachers (teachers) and students (students) in schools official (public) and official (private) duly recognized by the MEC (Ministry of Education and Culture).

IMPORTANT:

The security of a 50% discount on the fares only exist while the wallets of Pass Elementary are not overdue. Article 1 - Article 81 of Regulations on Road services (regular service), approved by Decree No 29913 of May 12, 1989, the following wording:
`... Shall be entitled to a 50% discount in the price of tickets in shifts between school and his home, in school days.`
The granting of benefit in São Paulo state has changed in accordance with the door ARTESP - 12, OF 28-09-2005 (DOE - 29-09-2005).

III - Legalization and the establishment of the course, stating:
Registration MEC or Department of Education, and;
Law, order, resolution or ordinance and date of publication in the Official Gazette;
IV - certified copy reproduction of the portfolio of student provided by the university or diploma (in the case of professor), the carrier can ask the recipient the Certificate of Attendance is being provided by the educational establishment.

FOR RENEWAL IN 2 (TWO) HALF OF THE YEAR ON YEAR TO SUBMIT TO A PORTFOLIO OF PASS SCHOOL AND CERTIFICATE OF FREQUENCY FOR UPDATING cadastral, A PRESENTATION OF SUCH DOCUMENTS MUST BE APPLIED UNDER PENALTY OF SUSPENSION OF BENEFIT. (griffon added)

Article 3 After delivery of the documentation referred to in the previous article, the carrier will be later than seven (7) business days to give the recipient a school identification card, valid for one (1) year and must be renewed to each school year.
